Lift sagging cheeks, define a softening jawline, or open up the eyes — using dissolvable threads that also stimulate collagen. Performed by experienced, licensed injectors.
Filler restores what’s been lost, but it can’t reposition tissue that has already descended. When cheeks slide downward, jowls form, or brows drop, adding volume alone can make the face look heavier rather than lifted.
PDO threads work mechanically. Fine, dissolvable sutures are placed under the skin and used to reposition tissue upward — then, as they dissolve over several months, they stimulate collagen along the same path, so support continues after the threads are gone.
Our Treatment:
Repositions Tissue: Lifts sagging cheeks, jowls, and brows back to where they sat.
Builds Collagen: Threads dissolve gradually, prompting new collagen along the lift line.
No Surgery, No Scars: Placed through a tiny entry point, with no incisions or general anesthesia.
Notice mild to moderate sagging in the cheeks, jawline, or brows
Want lift without surgery, general anesthesia, or weeks of recovery
Have good skin quality but tissue that has started to descend
Are in your late thirties to fifties, when sagging begins but skin still responds well
Want a natural improvement rather than a dramatic surgical change
(If sagging is significant or skin laxity is advanced, a surgical facelift will give a more lasting result — we’ll tell you honestly at your consultation.)
vs. Dermal Fillers: Filler replaces lost volume but doesn’t move tissue. Threads physically lift — and the two are often combined.
vs. Surgical Facelift: Surgery gives a bigger, longer-lasting change but requires incisions, anesthesia, and weeks of recovery. Threads offer subtle lift with days of downtime.
The Middle Ground: Threads suit clients who want more than injectables can deliver but aren’t ready for an operation.
We assess where tissue has descended and map the lift vectors — which direction each thread will pull. Local numbing is applied so the procedure is comfortable.
The Treatment
A 45–60 minute session depending on the area. Threads are placed through a fine entry point and adjusted for the lift. You'll feel pressure and tugging rather than sharp pain.
The Results
Lift is visible immediately. Swelling and tenderness settle over 5–10 days, and collagen continues building for 3–6 months as the threads dissolve.
PDO thread lifting at Geneva Med Spa starts at $900, with final pricing based on the area treated and how many threads are needed. A fox eye lift starts at $1,000, mid-face restoration runs $900–$1,200, and fuller lifting through the lower face or brows ranges from $1,500 to $2,500.

Lift is subtle by design — look at the position of the cheek, the definition returning along the jaw, the openness around the eyes. These results show tissue repositioned, not inflated. Swipe to see the range.
Everything you’re wondering about PDO thread lifting, answered.
How long does a PDO thread lift last?
The lift typically holds 12–18 months. Threads themselves dissolve within about six months, but the collagen they stimulate continues supporting the tissue well beyond that.
Does it hurt?
Local anesthetic is used, so the procedure itself is comfortable — most clients report pressure and tugging rather than pain. Tenderness for a few days afterward is normal.
What's the downtime?
Most clients return to work within a day or two. Expect swelling, tenderness, and possible bruising for 5–10 days, and avoid strenuous exercise for two weeks.
Will it look obvious?
No. Threads reposition tissue by a few millimetres along natural vectors — the result reads as looking rested and defined, not pulled or altered.
Can threads be combined with filler?
Yes, and often should be. Threads lift descended tissue while filler replaces the volume that was lost — treating both usually gives a more complete result than either alone.
What is the aftercare?
Sleep on your back and avoid excessive facial movement, chewing tough food, and facial massage for two weeks. Skip strenuous exercise, saunas, and dental work during that period so the threads settle undisturbed.
