Your blood carries the repair system your body already uses to heal injury. Platelets release growth factors that signal tissue to regenerate — building collagen, forming new blood vessels, and waking up dormant cells.
PRP puts that system to work where you want it. We draw a small sample of your blood, spin it to concentrate the platelets, and inject the resulting plasma into the treatment area. There’s no synthetic product involved and no risk of allergic reaction — it’s your own biology, concentrated.
Our Treatment:
Rejuvenates Skin: Stimulates collagen across the face and neck, improving texture and firmness.
Brightens Undereyes: Thickens delicate skin and improves the dark, hollow look without filler.
Restores Hair: Strengthens weakening follicles and improves density in thinning areas.
vs. Dermal Filler: Filler adds volume immediately. PRP improves the tissue itself — thickness, quality, and circulation — which is why it suits undereyes where filler alone can look puffy.
vs. Topical Hair Products: Serums work at the surface and stop working when you stop. PRP delivers growth factors directly to the follicle.
Nothing Foreign: Because it’s derived from your own blood, there’s no allergy risk and no product to break down.
We take a small blood sample, then spin it in a centrifuge for about 10 minutes to separate and concentrate the platelet-rich plasma.
The Treatment
A 45–60 minute appointment total. Plasma is injected across the treatment area using a fine needle — numbing is applied first, and most clients describe light pinpricks.
The Results
Change builds gradually as new collagen forms. Most clients see improvement after 6–8 weeks, with results strengthening across a course of three sessions.
PRP at Geneva Med Spa is $600 per session, whether treating the face and neck, undereyes, or scalp. Because results are cumulative, most clients do a course of three sessions — available as a package at $1,650.

Regenerative results build slowly — look for density along a part line, brightness under the eyes, and skin that reflects light differently. These results span months rather than days. Swipe to see the range.
Everything you’re wondering about platelet-rich plasma therapy, answered.
How long do PRP results last?
Typically 12–18 months after a full course. Because PRP works by stimulating your own tissue, most clients maintain with a single session once or twice a year.
Does it hurt?
Numbing is applied before injection and the needle is very fine. The blood draw feels like any routine one, and most clients describe the injections as light pinpricks or pressure.
How many sessions do I need?
Most clients need a course of three sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Growth factors build a cumulative response, so a single session rarely delivers the full effect.
Does PRP work for hair loss?
It works best on hair that’s thinning rather than lost — strengthening weakening follicles and improving density. Areas that have been completely bald for years have no follicles left to stimulate.
What's the downtime?
Minimal. Expect redness and mild swelling for 24–48 hours, and possible small bruises at injection points. Most clients return to normal activities the same day.
Can PRP be combined with other treatments?
Yes. It pairs particularly well with microneedling, which drives plasma into the skin across a wider surface, and with filler when treating undereyes.
