Liner is the hardest makeup to get even. One eye always looks different, it smudges by afternoon, and shaky hands or aging eyelids make it harder every year. For anyone with watery eyes or contact lenses, it’s a daily battle.
Permanent eyeliner solves this at the source, placing pigment along the lash line so definition is built in — not drawn on.
Our Treatment:
Defines Your Lash Line: Pigment between the lashes makes them look denser without visible liner.
Balances Both Eyes: Mapped and measured so shape and thickness match — every day.
Adapts to Your Style: From a barely-there lash enhancement to a full defined wing.
We measure your eye shape and draw your liner for approval before any pigment — from subtle lash enhancement to a defined wing. Numbing is applied for comfort.
The Treatment
Over a relaxed 1.5–2 hour session, pigment is layered along the lash line. Most clients feel only light pressure or vibration.
The Healing
Lids look bold and may swell slightly for 2–3 days, then flake and soften over 7–10 days. A touch-up perfects the line at 6–8 weeks.
Permanent eyeliner at Geneva Med Spa starts at $650, including your mapping session and style consultation. A perfecting touch-up 6–8 weeks later refines the line and is recommended for lasting results.

Everything you’re wondering about semi-permanent eyeliner, answered.
How long does permanent eyeliner last?
Most clients enjoy results for 2–3 years. The line softens gradually, and a refresh every year or two keeps it crisp.
Does it hurt?
We use a strong numbing gel throughout, so discomfort is minimal — most people feel only light pressure or vibration. The lash line is less sensitive than people expect.
What's the difference between classic and powder eyeliner?
Classic liner is a crisp, defined line along the lash line — like liquid liner. Powder eyeliner is softly shaded and diffused upward, closer to a smudged or smoky finish. We’ll match the style to your eye shape.
Can I still wear mascara and lash extensions?
Yes — once fully healed, usually after 10–14 days. During healing, keep the area free of mascara, and hold off on extensions or a lash lift for two weeks.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Avoid alcohol, blood-thinners, and caffeine for 24 hours beforehand. Remove contacts before your appointment and bring your glasses. Skip lash serums for a week prior, and let us know if you’ve had recent lash extensions.
Will it look too dark or thick at first?
Right after your session the line looks bolder and thicker than the final result — this is normal, and mild swelling adds to it. It lightens by 30–40% as it heals over 7–10 days.
