Restore the look of density, sharpen a receding hairline, or camouflage a scar — thousands of tiny impressions that read as real follicles. Hand-crafted by a master PMU artist.
Thinning hair changes how you carry yourself. You part it differently, avoid bright light, skip the photo. Powders and fibers wash out, transplants aren’t for everyone, and neither addresses the contrast between scalp and hair that makes thinning obvious.
Scalp micropigmentation solves this at the source, placing pigment dots that close the gap between skin and hair — so the eye reads density, not scalp.
Our Treatment:
Creates the Look of Density: Thousands of tiny impressions blend the scalp with existing hair.
Defines a Hairline: Rebuilds a receded or uneven hairline with a soft, natural edge.
Camouflages Scars: Disguises transplant scars, surgical marks, or alopecia patches.
We assess your hair pattern, map the hairline for approval, and match pigment to your natural shade. Numbing is applied for comfort.
The Treatment
Sessions run 2–3 hours, building density gradually across 2–3 visits spaced a week or two apart. Most clients feel light pressure or a tapping sensation.
The Healing
The scalp looks slightly red and darker for 2–3 days, then settles over the following week. Each session builds on the last until the density looks right.
Scalp micropigmentation at Geneva Med Spa starts at $250, with final pricing based on the area treated and the number of sessions needed. Most clients need 2–3 sessions to reach full density — we’ll map out the plan and total at your consultation.

Every scalp is different — hair color, skin tone, and the pattern of thinning all change how density is built. These results show pigment matched and layered to blend with existing hair, never a flat block of color. Swipe to see the range.
Everything you’re wondering about scalp micropigmentation, answered.
How long does scalp micropigmentation last?
Most clients enjoy results for 3–5 years. Pigment softens gradually with sun exposure, and a refresh session restores the depth.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe it as mild — a tapping or light scratching sensation. We use numbing throughout, and the scalp tolerates it better than most people expect.
Will it look like dots up close?
No. Impressions are placed at varying depths and densities to mimic how real follicles emerge from the scalp, so the result blends rather than reading as a pattern.
Does it work if I still have hair?
Yes — that’s one of the most common reasons clients come in. Pigment fills the scalp showing between thinning hair, reducing contrast so density looks restored without shaving anything.
Can it cover a hair transplant scar?
Yes. Camouflaging linear donor scars and FUE dot scars is one of the most requested uses, and it works alongside a transplant rather than instead of one.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with a clean, product-free scalp and hair trimmed to your usual length. Avoid alcohol and blood-thinners for 24 hours beforehand, and skip sun exposure or tanning for a week prior.
Join clients across Frisco who stopped styling around a thin spot and got their density back. Tell us a bit about what you’d like, and we’ll get back to you with availability and next steps.
