Not a filler — a collagen stimulator. Your own tissue rebuilds gradually over months, so nobody can point to what changed. Administered by experienced, licensed injectors.
Adult skin loses roughly 1% of its collagen every year after 25. That’s what causes the gradual flattening, thinning, and crepiness that no cream reaches — and filling the hollows that result treats the symptom, not the cause.
Poly-L-lactic acid takes the opposite approach. It doesn’t add volume itself. Instead, it triggers a controlled response in the deep layers of skin, prompting your body to lay down new collagen over the following months. The volume you gain is genuinely your own tissue.
Our Treatment:
Rebuilds Your Own Collagen: Stimulates natural production rather than adding foreign volume.
Works Gradually: Change appears over 6–12 weeks, so results look like you aging in reverse — not like treatment.
Restores Broad Areas: Ideal for overall facial thinning, temples, and hollow cheeks that need more than spot correction.
Three different jobs, often confused with each other:
vs. Hyaluronic Acid Filler: Filler adds volume instantly and can be dissolved. PLLA adds nothing immediately — it builds your collagen over months, and lasts up to two years.
vs. Calcium Hydroxylapatite: CaHA gives immediate lift plus collagen. PLLA is purely stimulatory, better suited to broad facial thinning than sharp structural lift.
vs. Doing Nothing: Collagen loss continues regardless. PLLA is one of the few treatments that improves skin quality rather than just masking the effect.
We assess your collagen loss and map a treatment plan — typically 2–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Numbing cream is applied for comfort.
The Treatment
A 30–45 minute session. Product is injected across the treated area, then massaged to distribute it evenly. Most clients feel pressure rather than pain.
The Results
Any initial fullness is swelling and settles within days. Real change begins around week 6 and continues building through months 3–6, lasting up to two years.
Treatment starts at $950 per vial, with two vials at $1,800. Most clients need 2–3 sessions to reach their goal, and the number of vials per session depends on how much collagen loss we’re addressing. We’ll map out the full plan and total at your consultation.

Everything you’re wondering about collagen stimulator treatment, answered.
How long does poly-L-lactic acid last?
Up to two years — longer than most injectables. Because the volume is your own collagen rather than product, it fades the way natural collagen does: gradually.
How soon will I see results?
Not immediately, and that’s expected. Any fullness in the first few days is swelling. Real change starts around week 6 and continues building through months 3–6.
Does it hurt?
Numbing cream is applied beforehand and most clients describe pressure rather than pain. Some tenderness for a day or two afterward is normal.
How many sessions do I need?
Most clients need 2–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Collagen builds in response to each treatment, so the plan is built around your degree of volume loss.
Can it be dissolved if I change my mind?
No — unlike hyaluronic acid, there’s no reversal enzyme. This is why we treat conservatively and space sessions out, assessing your response before continuing.
What is the aftercare?
Massage the treated area for five minutes, five times a day, for five days — this distributes the product evenly and is important for a smooth result. Avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, and blood-thinners for 24 hours.
Join clients across Frisco who chose gradual, natural change over instant results. Tell us a bit about what you’d like, and we’ll get back to you with availability and next steps.
