Immediate lift plus long-term collagen production — a biostimulatory filler that rebuilds structure from within. Administered by experienced, licensed injectors.
Standard hyaluronic acid fillers do one job well: they fill. What they don’t do is change the skin itself — when they break down, you’re back where you started.
Calcium hydroxylapatite works on two levels. It’s made of microspheres suspended in a gel, so it delivers volume the moment it’s placed. But those microspheres also act as a scaffold, prompting your body to build its own collagen around them over the following months.
Our Treatment:
Immediate Lift: Restores volume in cheeks, jawline, and temples from the first session.
Builds Your Own Collagen: Stimulates natural collagen production that continues for months after treatment.
Improves Skin Quality: Firms and thickens skin over the treated area, not just the contour beneath it.
We assess where you've lost structure and whether a collagen stimulator or hyaluronic acid suits you better. Numbing cream is applied for comfort.
The Treatment
A 30–45 minute session. The product contains lidocaine, so most clients feel pressure rather than pain as it's placed and massaged into position.
The Results
Volume is visible immediately. Swelling settles over 3–7 days, and collagen continues building for the next 3–6 months — the result improves as time passes.
Treatment starts at $800 per syringe. The number of syringes depends on the area treated and how much structure you’ve lost — most clients treating cheeks or jawline need one to two. We’ll confirm the plan and total at your consultation.

Everything you’re wondering about collagen-stimulating filler, answered.
How long does calcium hydroxylapatite last?
Typically 12–18 months — longer than most hyaluronic acid fillers. Because it stimulates your own collagen, some of the improvement persists even after the product itself has broken down.
Does it hurt?
The product contains lidocaine and we apply numbing cream beforehand. Most clients describe pressure as it’s placed rather than pain.
How is it different from regular filler?
Standard hyaluronic acid filler simply occupies space. Calcium hydroxylapatite adds volume immediately and also acts as a scaffold your body builds collagen around, so the skin itself becomes firmer over time.
Can it be dissolved if I don't like it?
No — unlike hyaluronic acid, it can’t be reversed with an enzyme. This is why we place it conservatively and reassess before adding more. If you’d prefer a fully reversible option, hyaluronic acid filler is the better choice.
Where can it be used?
Cheeks, temples, jawline, chin, and the back of the hands. It’s not used in the lips or directly under the eyes, where a softer hyaluronic acid product is safer and looks more natural.
What is the aftercare?
Avoid touching the area for six hours, skip strenuous exercise, alcohol, and blood-thinners for 24 hours, and avoid saunas or extreme heat. A cold compress helps with swelling.
