FOUNDER · MASTER NURSE INJECTOR · CERTIFIED AESTHETIC MEDICINE PRACTITIONER
Twenty Years of Turning Science Into Artistry
Tatiana Vostrikov, LVN
in Frisco, TX
Master Nurse Injector and Certified Aesthetic Medicine Practitioner. Over 45 certifications across injectables and permanent makeup, and an internationally recognized trainer, speaker, and championship judge.
Two practitioners can use the same filler and produce completely different faces. The difference isn’t the product — it’s understanding facial anatomy, how pigment behaves in different skin, and knowing when to stop.
Tatiana’s career began in Europe, where she specialized in skincare from 2003 to 2007. That grounding in skin science led her into aesthetic medicine, and to training that now spans over 25 certifications in permanent makeup and more than 20 in medical aesthetics.
Her Approach:
Anatomy Before Aesthetics: Every treatment plan starts with facial structure, not a trend or a template.
Conservative by Design: Builds gradually across sessions — more can always be added, an overdone result can’t be undone.
Artistry Meets Clinical Precision: Two decades of technical training paired with genuine aesthetic judgement.
What began as a single boutique studio in 2017 has grown into three locations and a training academy:
Geneva Med Spa — Frisco, TX: Opened 2024. Advanced aesthetic treatments under Tatiana’s clinical leadership, alongside Dr. Christopher Hughes and the medical team.
Geneva Aesthetic Academy — Frisco, TX: A training center educating the next generation of aesthetic professionals through hands-on instruction.
Geneva Med Spa — Toronto, Canada: Tatiana’s international practice, bringing the same standard of care to clients across Canada.
Tatiana trains and mentors aesthetic professionals across North America and internationally, teaching through workshops, private masterclasses, and global conferences. Her instruction emphasizes safety, precision, and pigment behaviour — the technical foundations that separate consistent results from lucky ones. As a judge at international PMU championships, she helps set the standards the industry is measured against.
Clients come to Geneva Med Spa from across Frisco and North Dallas for results that look like them — refined, not overdone. Every treatment starts with a conversation about what you actually want.
