Subtle volume, balanced proportions, and a defined lip line — built gradually so the result looks like you, just better. Administered by experienced, licensed injectors.
Most people who dislike their lip filler didn’t get too much product — they got it in the wrong places. Lips that read as natural follow specific proportions: a lower lip slightly fuller than the upper, definition where the lip meets the skin, and volume that follows the shape you already have.
Lips also change with age. They thin, the border softens, and the distance between nose and mouth lengthens — which is why filler often looks better placed for support and definition rather than sheer size.
Our Treatment:
Restores Lost Volume: Rebuilds fullness that thins naturally from your thirties onward.
Balances Proportion: Corrects asymmetry and evens out an upper or lower lip that dominates.
Defines the Border: Sharpens a softened lip line and reduces lipstick bleeding into fine lines.
We look at your lip proportions, discuss the shape you're after, and agree how much to place in this session. Numbing cream is applied for comfort.
The Treatment
A 30–45 minute session. Filler contains lidocaine, so discomfort is minimal — most clients describe pressure rather than pain.
The Results
Lips look fuller immediately, though swelling makes them larger than the final result. Swelling settles over 3–7 days, with the true shape at around two weeks.
Lip filler at Geneva Med Spa starts at $399 for a half syringe — enough for a subtle enhancement or a first-time treatment — and $699 for a full syringe.

Everything you’re wondering about lip filler, answered.
How long do lip fillers last?
Typically 6–12 months. Lips are one of the most mobile areas of the face, so filler breaks down faster here than in the cheeks or jawline.
Does it hurt?
Numbing cream is applied first and the filler itself contains lidocaine. Most clients describe pressure and a brief sting rather than pain.
Will my lips look overdone?
Not with a conservative approach. We start with a half syringe for most first-time clients and build across sessions — it’s always possible to add more, and impossible to take back a result that went too far in one go.
How swollen will I be?
Noticeably, for the first few days — lips swell more than any other filler area. Plan around two weeks before a wedding, photos, or a major event.
Can lip filler be dissolved?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be reversed with an enzyme injection if you’re unhappy with the result or want to start over.
What is the aftercare?
Use a cold compress for the first 24 hours, sleep slightly elevated, and avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and blood-thinners for a day. Skip straws, hot drinks, and lip products until swelling settles.
