How long does a liquid BBL last?

Typically 18 months to two years. Because the volume is collagen your own body built, it fades gradually the way natural collagen does rather than disappearing at once.

Does it hurt?

Numbing is applied beforehand and most clients describe pressure during placement rather than sharp pain. Tenderness for a day or two afterward is normal.

How soon will I see results?

Not immediately — that’s the trade-off for gradual, natural-looking change. Any early fullness is swelling. Real difference starts around week 6 and builds through months 3–6.

How does it compare to surgery?

Surgery gives a larger, immediate result but requires anesthesia, incisions, and weeks of restricted sitting. A liquid BBL is subtler and slower, with no operation and no recovery period.

What's the downtime?

Minimal. Expect tenderness and possible bruising for a few days, and avoid strenuous lower-body exercise for a week.

Can it be reversed?
