How long does liquid rhinoplasty last?

Typically 9–12 months. The nose has little movement compared with other areas, so filler placed here often lasts longer than the same product elsewhere on the face.

Does it hurt?

Numbing cream is applied first and the filler contains lidocaine. Most clients describe firm pressure rather than pain — the bridge is less sensitive than people expect.

Is it safe?

The nose has a dense blood supply, which makes injector experience critically important here. We use cannula technique where appropriate, inject slowly, and keep reversal agent on hand at every appointment.

Can it make my nose smaller?

No — filler adds rather than removes. It can make a nose look straighter and more balanced by camouflaging a bump, but reduction requires surgery.

Can it be reversed?

Yes. Because we use hyaluronic acid, the filler can be dissolved with an enzyme injection if you’re unhappy with the result.
