Dull Skin, Congestion, or Pigmentation That Won't Shift?
Chemical Peels in Frisco, TX
Medical-grade formulas that work below the surface — clearing congestion, fading pigmentation, and revealing smoother skin underneath. Matched to your skin at consultation.
Over-the-counter exfoliants work at the very top of the skin — enough for a temporary glow, not enough to change pigmentation, scarring, or persistent texture. Those concerns sit deeper, in layers a drugstore acid can’t safely reach.
Medical-grade peels use higher concentrations and blended acid systems, applied by a trained provider who controls depth and contact time. That precision is what allows real resurfacing without unnecessary risk.
Our Treatment:
Clears Congestion: Dissolves the buildup inside pores that causes breakouts and blackheads.
Fades Pigmentation: Targets sun damage, melasma, and post-acne marks at the level they sit.
Smooths Texture and Fine Lines: Accelerates cell turnover so newer, more even skin surfaces.
Have sun damage, dark spots, or post-acne marks you want faded
Struggle with congestion, blackheads, or recurring breakouts
Notice dull, uneven texture that skincare alone hasn’t improved
Want visible resurfacing without needles, heat, or significant downtime
Are willing to protect your skin from sun afterwards — this is non-negotiable
(We’ll match the peel to your skin type and tone. Deeper phototypes need careful formula selection to avoid post-inflammatory pigmentation, which is exactly why this is assessed in person.)
Both resurface, but they approach the skin from opposite directions:
Surface vs. Depth: Peels work from the top down, ideal for pigmentation and congestion. Microneedling works from within, better for scarring and laxity.
No Needles: Peels involve no punctures, no numbing, and no bleeding — often preferred by clients who’d rather avoid needles entirely.
Different Downtime: Peels bring flaking and shedding for several days. Microneedling brings redness for a day or two. Neither is worse — just different.
We assess your skin type, tone, and concerns, then select the appropriate peel and strength. Deeper peels may require priming your skin for a couple of weeks beforehand.
The Treatment
A 45–60 minute session. Skin is cleansed and prepped, then the solution is applied in layers and timed precisely. Expect tingling, warmth, or a brief sting — this is normal and monitored throughout.
The Results
Skin looks tight and slightly flushed for a day, then flakes and sheds across days three to seven. Fresh skin surfaces underneath, with results building across a series of treatments.
Chemical peels at Geneva Med Spa start at $250, with medical-grade peels at $400 per treatment and $1,050 for a course of three. Pricing depends on which formula suits your skin and concerns.

Everything you’re wondering about medical-grade peels, answered.
How much will I actually peel?
It varies by formula and strength. Lighter peels cause mild flaking around the nose and mouth; medical-grade peels bring visible shedding across the face from around day three, settling by day seven.
Does it hurt?
You’ll feel tingling, warmth, or a brief sting as the solution activates — most clients find it entirely manageable, and we monitor you throughout. A cooling fan helps.
How many treatments do I need?
For pigmentation or acne concerns, a series of three spaced four to six weeks apart gives the most reliable result. A single peel is enough for a general refresh before an event.
Is it safe for darker skin tones?
Yes, with the right formula. Deeper phototypes carry a higher risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation, so formula selection and pre-treatment priming matter — this is assessed in person before anything is applied.
When should I book before an event?
At least two weeks ahead. Peeling is most visible between days three and seven, so allow the full cycle to complete before photos or a wedding.
What is the aftercare?
Do not pick or pull flaking skin — let it shed naturally. Use sunscreen daily without exception, keep skin hydrated, and pause retinol, acids, and exfoliants for a wee
